Creamy Garlic Potato Bake

1. Thinly slice about six potatoes and arrange in an ovenproof dish.
2. Add a gloop of fresh cream … (if you don’t know what a gloop is, use your imagination).
3. And about half a bottle of Gourmetchef Creamy Garlic Sauce …
4. Smooth out the sauce over the top of the potatoes and bake in a preheated oven (180 °C) for about two hours.
5. Enjoy! We used this as an accompaniment to African Beef Stew, with home cooked fresh vegetables.
