To ensure we maintain high standards in quality assurance, we implement a HACCP Food Safety Management System and are externally audited by BSI.
HACCP or Hazard Analysis by Critical Control Point provides a compliance framework for risk management in food production whereby potential hazards can be identified and controlled at critical points in the production process. The HACCP system meets the requirements of the Codex Alimentarius Commission established by the World Health Organisation and the UN Food and Agriculture Organisation to provide uniform international codes of practice within the Food Industry.
